I graduated in 1997 from the University of Manitoba. Since that period of time, I've learned a whole lot of things that I didn't know, that I've pursued, pretty much, extensive continuing education, pretty much across North America, in order to get a better understanding of the treatment that we provide for people. I spend continuing education amounts every year in order to be able to do that.
Well, it's like a lot of things; as the newer techniques are being developed, a lot of them require additional training in order to be able to provide them. If you don't get the training and you just read about it, it's not the same thing as having a hands-on experience with somebody who's had multiple years of experience doing it and multiple experiences with individual patients with it. So you got the best of both worlds by having that kind of an experience that says, hands-on, you get to do the procedure. You get to do it with people that are qualified, that have done it. They can critique and just make you better as a result of it.
