There's a few aspects of what I like about my job. I mean, one part of it is that I get to meet and work with a lot of people that I normally wouldn't encounter or meet in day-to-day life, and as a result of that, I feel like I've really grown as a person, and it's enriched my life, and so I'm really grateful for having that interaction and experience.
I always knew I wanted to be a dentist since I was a teenager, and I think the reason for that was that I had a really great dentist growing up. He really encouraged me to kind of follow that career path and provided me with some mentorship and just with that sort of encouragement. I put my focus on going towards that goal, and I applied to university and went through science and then applied to dentistry and got in, and I'm so grateful that I had that coaching early on and someone who had a positive impact on my life.
The most satisfying thing for me is when our patients leave here themselves feeling satisfied. That's really important to me, for people to feel like they received the care, the quality of care that they expected and that we met their expectations for the customer service that we provide at the front as well. There's nothing that makes me happier than when someone leaves here feeling happy and well looked after.
