At Lakewood Dental Centre, patients can expect approachable dentists and know that we are here to help them. We’re receptive to questions and conversation. I always tell my patients after I’ve met them and had a consult with them, if they have any other questions that they think about when they get home, they can just pick up the phone and give us a call, and someone will be there.
At Lakewood Dental Centre, patients can expect to be well treated and well respected, even the opportunity to have us understand what it is that their needs and wants are, and to make sure that they’re taken care of in a professional but caring way, so that they can understand what their choices are and what their options are, and what kind of dentistry that is appropriate for them.
We do, do a lot of things here. We do orthodontics. We do crown and bridge work. We do dentures. We do dental extractions. We do dental sedation. We do general dentistry. We do cosmetic dentistry. We’re here to make sure that “dentistry” isn’t a scary word and to come to the dentist isn’t debilitating for your day. We’re here to make sure that patients are happy about coming to the dentist, and they’re happy when they leave.
At Lakewood Dental, you can expect a warm welcome when you come to the office, a friendly atmosphere. You’re treated like not a dental patient but like a person that needs to have dental work done. That someone will sit down with you, empathize, listen, and you will walk out with confidence that you have chosen the right dentist and are interacting with the right dental staff.
You will not have a negative experience here. It’s not possible. You know, you can come in with an attitude of that, “Okay, you know what, oh, it’s going to go really bad.” Do you know what? You put it into action. You say it’s going to be really bad, well, it’s going to be bad because that’s all you want to see, right? You’re going to look for that. There is obviously nothing bad in this office. It’s all positive.
All the people on this staff, they’re all good people. They hire all professionals people, people who treat you very, very well.
Shirley F.: I would highly recommend anybody here, especially if they have a fear of dentists. If they can make me feel comfortable, I think they can do it for anybody because my fear of dentists, my trauma was for so many years. Despite coming here, that trauma is gone.
